NEW LOOK … Bonnie Herschmiller before and after losing 94 lbs. — Brendon Dlouhy, Sun Media “I was disgusted with myself,” says the Edmonton mom, who stands just under 5-ft.-4. “I like to feel pretty. I’m a girly girl. When you’re fat, you don’t feel girlish at all.” The New Brunswick native says she was already about 30 lb. overweight when she got pregnant in mid-2003. She then packed on another 60 lb. while “eating for two,” a strategy that landed her in hospital during her third trimester with severe high blood pressure. After the birth of son Brett in February 2004, Herschmiller set her mind to taking off her excess cellulite and lowering her blood pressure. But she discovered it was easier said than done. “It wasn’t coming off at all,” she says. “I was exercising and everything, but it just wasn’t coming off.” Desperate to reclaim her girlish figure, she signed up at an Edmonton LA Weight Loss Center. Through a meal plan designed specifically for her, Herschmiller, 27, began eating six small nutritious meals a day.     hi just wanted to ask you i do these exercises for butt, thigh and abs daily do we have to do it empty stomach and are these 3 videos enough to reduce weight from thigh , butts and abs if i do them daily.

    i never used to press my back into the floor when doing crunches and i ALWAYS had a sore neck the next day

    but this video finally taught me how to do proper crunchess. AHH thankyousomuch :)

    i do this work out everyday and i wanna know how long would it take for me to get the shape i really want? BTW i also run in the treadmill for 30 min do you think it’ll take me along time?

    I did pilates for one year and I felt amazing! Now that I found these videos I’m gonna start again. Balance and flexibility improve significantly and you’ll notice that your body shape gets so much better!
    The only difference with what I was doing is the speed. I used to do the exercises at a lower pace than what you see in the video.

    hey how much fat can i loose if i do this for a month. i need to lose my belly. i do treadmill for 20 min and pilate for an hour and this for ten min please how much belly fat can i loose with this much exercise. thank you!!!!
